Intrinsic Activation of Thrombin Generation

Coagulation Profile B.V. offers thrombin generation assays by means of the Calibrated Automated Thrombogram for pre-clinical and clinical studies. Assays were validated according to the CLSI EP05-protocol and are executed according to SOPs by trained technical staff according to the GxP and ISO15 189 regulations.

Introducing the new PPP Reagent INT for intrinsic activation of coagulation, provides a  thrombin generation assay with increased sensitivity toward factor VIII products or non-factor products.
